എം എസ് എം ഇ ഇൻഷുറൻസ് പദ്ധതിA refund of half the yearly premium when an MSME insures its business under the Bharat Sookshma or Laghu Udyam policy with one of four public sector insurers.

What you get

Who can apply
- Open to businesses in manufacturing, services and trading.
- Micro, small and medium enterprises.
- The most on offer is ₹2,500.
- Udyam registration is needed. It is free.
- Valid Udyam registration in Kerala
- Policy under the Bharat Sookshma Udyam or Bharat Laghu Udyam Suraksha scheme taken after 1 April 2023
- Insurer must be National Insurance, United India Insurance, Oriental Insurance or New India Assurance
How to apply
- If you have no policy, register interest on the portal and the four insurers upload premium quotes
- Choose a quote and pay the full annual premium to the insurer
- Apply online to the District Industries Centre with the Udyam certificate, policy and premium receipt
- The District Industries Centre pays the refund into your bank account
